The Alive Lifestyle Hub was born from my own journey through life's challenges, setbacks and breakthroughs.

Like many people, I spent years doing what I believed I was supposed to do. I worked hard, showed up every day, followed the traditional path and gave everything I had to building a stable future. But life has a way of reminding us that even our best-laid plans can change in an instant.

As a single mum living with a chronic illness, I faced moments where the future felt uncertain. There were days when simply getting through the day felt like a challenge. Alongside that, I experienced the pressures of the corporate world, the demands of the daily grind, and the reality that no job is ever completely secure.

When redundancy became part of my story as well as dealing with health issues, I realised something important.

I could either allow my circumstances to define me, or I could use them as the catalyst to create something better.

That decision changed everything.

I became passionate about learning. I immersed myself in personal development, financial education, wellness, mindset, entrepreneurship and building multiple streams of income. I began surrounding myself with people, mentors, communities and opportunities that challenged me to think differently and grow beyond what I thought was possible.

What I discovered was that true freedom isn't built in just one area of life.

It's built through balance.

Health.
Wealth.
Faith.
Freedom.

These four pillars became the foundation of my own transformation and ultimately inspired the creation of The Alive Lifestyle Hub.

Today, my mission is simple:

To help everyday people who may feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about where to start.
